Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Hemmant Crematorium, 500 Hemmant & Tingalpa Rd,Hemmant on Thursday, 2nd May at 12.30pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Queensland are appreciated.
