Youngest son of the late Robert James and Beatrice Wragg. Brother of Tom Wragg (dec.) and Phyls Billett (Burnie).

Beloved father and father-in-law of Robert and Liz (dec.), Peta and Patrick Collins. Grandfather of Robert, Sarah and Thomas. Great grandfather of Lachlan, Orla, Maggie, Josh and Lizzie.
