Loving and loved husband for 65 joyful years of Annette, father of Catherine, Andrea, Damian, Fiona and Loretta and father-in-law of Perry, Paul, Charles and Greg and grandchildren Nicholas, Thomas, Sophie, Matthew, William, Daniel and Annabel.
Son of Leo (dec) and Bridget (dec) and brother to Margaret (dec).
A man who strove to and succeeded at giving his best efforts.
A life exceptionally well lived of generosity, love and care for, of fellowship with, each member of his wider family, his friends, his parish, his neighbours and his sporting peers.
He will be sadly missed but always remembered in our hearts.
