It is with great sadness I have to announce that our wonderful soldier has finally given up his fight. Lindsay passed peacefully away. Many thanks to Reverend Adeline Mills for being there and her prayers, it meant so much to have you by our side. He leaves his loving wife Shirley, daughter Loraine Young, son George Jones, daughter-in-law Cheryl, step-father to Vicki, Fiona, Kim and Kylie. Loved grand father and great grand father to his many grand children. Dearly loved step-father of Kylie and adored step grand father of Kyle. Many thanks to the wonderful staff on the Whittle Ward. Rest in Peace and fly on the wings of an angel, no more pain.
