Innisfail State High School and Innisfail State College communities are deeply saddened at the recent loss of respected and beloved Head of Department and Teacher Mr Brian Jeffs. Brian joined the staff at ISHS in January 1995 and retired in December 2012. During his 18 years of exemplary service to our community, Brian deftly applied his industry expertise, natural teaching prowess, empathetic leadership skills, and delightful sense of humour to ensuring that every student and staff member with whom he worked, was enriched by the experience. Our thoughts and prayers are with Brian’s family.
