All at Adroit Insurance and Risk in Torquay and Geelong are deeply saddened with the loss of our valued friend and colleague Andrew Gribble, who passed away on 29th November 2020 after a courageous struggle with cancer.
Andrew was an outstanding insurance person whose intelligence, technical expertise, diligence, and dedication to his clients, along with a charming and personable nature, combined to create the perfect package from a business perspective.
Following a distinguished career at QBE in Victoria and then Queensland, Andrew joined what is now Adroit Insurance & Risk in 2006 when he, Sharon and kids decided to return home to Geelong. Andrew quickly became a key part of the Adroit business including as a Shareholder and Director, where his contribution and influence was hugely significant to the direction and growth of the business in Geelong. Similarly, over the last couple of years when he elected for a change of direction and made the move to Torquay.
But more than that, he was a great man loved by all.
Each of us not only grieves at the passing of a tremendous individual, but also for the loss his family suffers. Andrew was a wonderful husband, father, and friend to so many. Our thoughts are with his wife Sharon, children Tom, Molly, Noah, and family at this difficult time.
We will remember Andrew often, always with a smile at all the fun and great times we shared together.
