GEEVES
Athelie Ida
01.04.1931- 27.01.2024
As per her wishes Ath passed away at home in the care of her family and surrounded by love.
A wonderful, kind and generous lady, who gave her love unconditionally to her family and friends. She is now at rest with her beloved ‘Os’.
Eldest child of Percy and Nell Rosevear and daughter-in-law of Osborne and Doris Geeves (all dec).
Devoted mother to her children Meredith and Garry Langford, Rilla and Bruce Heron, Stewart Geeves and Kaye Roberts.
Adored and proud grandmother to Bianca and Marty, Felicity, George (dec) and Rohan.
Cherished great-grandmother to Leonard and Ida.
Fondly remembered and loved by family members Kevin (dec) and Monica Rosevear, Ian and Carmel Rosevear, Jan (dec) and Theo Vermey and their families.
Her immeasurable love endures in all her family.
She was always there for us, quiet, inconspicuous and unassuming. Giving support when life’s challenges arose, never judgemental or with raised voice, always with loving kindness, never seeking praise or recognition.
The family appreciates the compassion of caring friends and family and the support of Dr. Tracey, Community Nurses and Palliative Care.
A special thanks to Geoff and Kentrina for their generosity and love.
Mum loved her garden, so instead of sending flowers, please grow a plant in her honour.
