The Your Library Board members are deeply saddened to learn of Joseph’s passing. Joseph was an extremely competent and visionary CEO of Your Library for over 20 years and respected by all who worked with him across Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges Councils and Public Libraries Victoria. More than that he was a kind gentleman, a quiet achiever and admired by everyone he met. We extend our thoughts to Joseph’s family and will remember him with fondness.
