BOWDEN, Richard

The Mayor, Councillors and Staff of the Central Highlands Council are saddened at the passing of our former Deputy Mayor. Richard was a loyal supporter and advocate for the Central Highlands and earned respect for his commitment, tenacity, dedication and tireless efforts on behalf of our local community. His many achievements as both Deputy Mayor and Councillor, will continue to benefit our community. Our condolences to Judith and the family at this sad time.
