A eulogy for my best friend: How to share their story
Read My Tributes article where we provide support on expressing your love and friendship for your best friend in a eulogy.
Remigio John Joseph Bonnici
Reg was a man of contrasts.
A joker and a storyteller to the world, but a man bound by an inner turmoil from wartime trauma, culture and religion.
He arrived in Australia at 17 from Malta, and while making his home here, part of his heart always remained there. He was a master craftsman, so very clever with his hands - a french polisher, a builder, and when retired, worked with Marquetry techniques.
He loved his family. He loved food. He had an enormous amount of passion for both.
We will celebrate his life in the Springtime and take him back to Malta & the Mediterranean
Sea in due course.
Rest in peace now Reggi.
You will certainly be missed
