WARREN, Maurice (Moss)

Moss Warren, passed away peacefully at 95 y.o. from age-related health issues. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many, both in the USA and Australia, where he spent 6 months every year (the dry season), for 17 years, in Darwin, to be part of his grandchildren’s lives as they grew up. This included volunteering 4 full days each week at Moil, Anula and Parap Primary Schools, where he was known as ‘Grandpa Moss’ to many of the kids. He is still ‘Uncle Moss’ to his nieces and nephews, plus lots of family friends who grew up with him in their lives. He was creative (5 patents), artistic, hilarious, knowledgeable, helpful, loyal, honest, and so many other adjectives for a wonderful human being.

He will live on in our hearts, with much love and many happy memories.
