In April 2020 Brian passed away in his 88th year. Due to covid-19 restrictions at that time no public Funeral took place.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a 'Celebration of Life ' to be held at Blundstone Arena, Bellerive in the Ricky Ponting room from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Monday 26th April, 2021.
