A Service of Celebration will be held in the Blair Chapel at Botanical Cemetery, 600 Princes Highway Springvale, on Thursday 1st April at 10.45am.
Refreshments after at Clarence Reardon Functions Centre at 11.30am.
No flowers by request, donation envelopes for Dementia Australia will be available at the service.
