Passed peacefully at Logan Hospital on June 24th, aged 94.


Will be sadly missed by her sons William and Glyn Calluthers, family and friends.


Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jan's funeral service to be held at Eco Memorial Park Yellowwood Chapel, 10am on Monday 24th of July 2023
