Chloe's Family and friends are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held at 11.30am on Friday 5th October, 2018 in the Hillside Chapel at Palmdale Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Park, Palmdale Road, Palmdale.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Starlight Foundation & Youth Suicide Prevention.
