Formerly of 19 Swales Street, Mundingburra. Died peacefully at Cunningham Villas in Bowen on Sunday 12th August. Loving Wife of Bill "Doc" Wells (deceased).

Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend PHYLLIS' FUNERAL SERVICE to CELEBRATE her LIFE at 11.30 a.m. THURSDAY MORNING 16th AUGUST, 2018 at St Matthews Anglican Church, Bowen Road, Rosslea. The cortege will proceed to the Belgian Gardens Cemetery.
