WARIA, Peter Christopher Pausa (Supua)Born 8th April 1938 Passed Away 22nd July 2017 Son of Waria (LK) Getawan (Dec'd) from Argun Tribe of Badu Island and Anna Manantan (Dec'd) from (Taepathiggi Batibia River) tribe of Mapoon Region, Brother of Cornelius (Buddy) Waria (Dec'd), Brother of Alice Mast (nee Gagai), (Dec'd) Father of Gayle, Thomas, Julie, George and Irene. Stepfather to Harriet, Issac, and Mary. Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend. Families of Waria, Gagai, Getawan, Manantan, Schwartz, Mast, Bowie, Lui, Nona, Ahmat, Ketchell, Townson, Saylor, Matasia, Udiduldam and Tamwoy. All families from Torres Strait, Mapoon, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Brisbane. Our Apologies if we have forgotten any families names. All Peter's Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service which will be held at All Saints Parish Gordonvale, 5 Church Street, Gordonvale 4865, on Friday 11th August 2017, commencing at 10:00am. A Viewing will be held prior to the Service commencing at 9:00am at the All Saints Parish Gordonvale. Following the Service the cortege will proceed to Gordonvale Cemetery
