Passed peacefully, Aged 92 a resident of Bupa Aged Care Mount Sheridan on Tuesday 19 October 2021. Beloved Son of Jimmy Wallis (Dec’d) and Mary Ann Pim (Dec’d) of Galloway Red Island Cape York. Dearly loved father of James (Dec’d) Peter, Louise, Ray, Warwick, Charlotte Dean. Adored the mother of his children Ruth Hennings. Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Great Great Great Grandfather to families throughout Australia. Beloved elder to Wallis, Callope, Wymarra, Savages families including families from Cape York, Kowanyama, Lockhart and Thursday Island, Masig Island, Hammond Island. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend service at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church Mayers Street Manunda on Friday 29th October 2021. Commencing at 10am. Following the service the cortège will proceed to Martyn St, Cemetery. Peter's service will be Livestreamed for anyone whom cannot attend.
