Relatives and friends of Lee are respectfully invited to attend his funeral services which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle s Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Rd Atherton on Wednesday, 23rd May 2018, commencing at 1.00pm.
