Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service for Mr Adrianus van Veldhoven to be held at Tuckers Chapel, 68-74 Hope Street, Geelong West on MONDAY (14th August) at 2pm prior to interment in the Eastern Cemetery, McKillop St East Geelong (Gate 1 entrance).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Adrianus may be made to Alzheimer’s Australia. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
