van ROOY, Joan Passed away peacefully at De Paul Villa 25 July 2018 We were so blessed to recently celebrate Joan s 100th Birthday Loving Wife of Peter, Mother of John, Mother-in-law of Cheryl, devoted Grandmother of Carissa, Nicholas and Samantha. Joan will be greatly missed by the van Rooy and Dalton families, and all who knew her. Special thanks to the staff at De Paul Villa for their wonderful kindness and care. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart Foundation are appreciated and can be left at Joan s service. A celebration of Joan s life will be held at the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Edmond Rice Drive, Ashmore, on Tuesday 31 July 2018, at 10:00am. Thereafter, a burial at Southport General Cemetery, Queen Street, Southport.
