Passed away with family by his side at Lady Small Haven on Wednesday 20th November 2019.
A life well lived and now at peace.

Son of Paolo and Gilda. Brother to Elda and Elio. Dearly loved Father to Daniela, Marissa and Paul. Treasured Nonno to Ashton, Cooper, Scarlet, Mason, Cash, Isla and Ada. Former Husband and cherished friend of Annette. Jack will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

All relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 50 Fairway Drive, Clear Island Waters, on Friday 29th November 2019 commencing at 11am. Donations to The Dementia Australia Research Foundation in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
