in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral Church

of Archangels Michael & Gabriel,

286 Franklin Street, Adelaide.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege

will proceed to West Terrace Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation

to the Hospital Research Foundation (Dementia)

would be appreciated by the family.

Envelopes will be available at the Church.
