Beloved Mother of Roger, Diana, Judith, Maryann and Joseph (dec'd). Loving Grandmother to Iesha, Mariah, Leigh, Jordon, Brandon and Aiden. Loved Sister of John (dec'd), Pamela, Samual (dec'd), Murphy, Tom, Ieueen, Martina, Carolann, Frank (dec'd), Brian, Coleen, Patrick (dec'd), Kenneth (dec'd), Russell and Barbara.Relatives and Friends of Jacqui are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral which is appointed to move from Mountain View Chapel, Tablelands Crematorium, 3 Nasser Road, Atherton, on Tuesday, 4th October, 2016, after a Service commencing at 11.00 a.m. for Interment in the Atherton Cemetery.
