SMITH, Samuel Lee Passed peacefully surrounded with love and family on Tuesday, 8th January, 2019. Much loved husband of Rita and loved father of Tony, Gloria, Barbara, Annmarie, Trisha and Wendy and loved step-father of Adam and Mark. So dearly loved by all his 14 grandchildren. He will live on in their hearts and memories. A Celebration of Sam's Life will be held at the Ann Wilson Funeral Chapel, corner Darley Street & Barrenjoey Road, on Tuesday, 15th January, 2019 at 2.00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Smith family www.thesmithfamily.com.au.
