Late of Dalby, passed away on 17th May 2025, aged 84 years.

Beloved Husband of Del. Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law of Suzanne and David, Kathy and Roger. Adored Grandfather Jack of Zachary, Jacob, Abigail. Loved Brother and Uncle. Cherished friend of many.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Jack's funeral, to be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 142 Cunningham Street, Dalby, service commencing at 10:30am, Friday, 23rd May 2025.

In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to The Cancer Council, donation envelopes will be available at the church.
