Family and Friends are warmly invited to Jack's Funeral Service to be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 198 Old Prospect Road, Greystanes on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 commencing at 11.30am.

The Cortege will then proceed to Forest Lawn Cemetery.
