David John Simpson late of Mareeba, passed away suddenly at the Cairns Hospital on Wednesday 01/05/2024, aged 70 years. Much loved Son of Bonnie (dec) & Edward Simpson (dec). Loving Father of Brad & Justine Grogan & David Richards. Loving Grandad to Tuan, Timmirri, Jakari, Juran & Dalngan. Brother to Eddie (dec), Lance (dec), Barbara, Veronica, Kevin (dec), Lillian, Michelle (dec), Darryl (dec) & Margaret. David will be sadly missed. The relatives and friends of David are respectfully invited to attend a celebration of his life which will be held at Cairns Crematorium & Funeral Home on Friday 31st May commencing at 11am. Please meet at the chapel. Following the service, we will be enroute to Gordonvale Cemetery.
