The family and friends of Otto are invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the Florey Chapel Centennial Park, 760 Goodwood Rd, Pasadena on Saturday 20th August at 11:00am, followed by a private family burial. This service is being live streamed and available to view our Adelaide Hills Funerals website. In lieu of floral tributes donations to the Laurel Hospice (Flinders Medical Centre) would be greatly appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the service.
