will proceed to Centennial Park Cemetery

for Committal.

Vigil (Holy Rosary) and Visitation

will be held in the

Peter Elberg Funeral Home,

Walter Loxton Chapel,

280 Grange Road, Flinders Park on MONDAY,

December 19 at 6.00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation

to the Hospital Research Foundation (Heart)

would be appreciated by the family
