Service to be held in the Acacia
Chapel, Enfield Memorial Park,
Gordon Avenue, Clearview on
MONDAY, December 10, 2018
at 2.00 p.m.
Following the Funeral Service
the burial will take place in the
adjoining cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in
memory of Rosemary to the
Mary Potter Foundation would
be appreciated. Envelopes will be
available at the Chapel.
