The FAMILY and FRIENDS of the late Ms SUSAN SCALES are respectfully advised that her Funeral Service will be conducted ENTIRELY in the Smithfield & Elizabeth Funeral Chapel, Cnr Main North and Womma Roads, Elizabeth North on MONDAY May 20, 2019 commencing at 3.00 pm. In lieu of flowers a donation in memory of Susan can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, envelopes will be available at the chapel.
