It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rurik, born in Adelaide and raised in Townsville, who passed away suddenly in his sleep on Tuesday 1st June 2021 at his home in Nesodden, Oslo, Norway. Loving Husband of Erica Naess-Henry and devoted Father of Alice and Adelaide. Beloved Son of Robert and Rosita Henry and cherished Brother of Roselani Henry and Rafaela Novelli. Loved Grandson, Brother-in-Law, Son-in-Law, Nephew, Uncle, Cousin and Friend of many.

All those who knew and loved him are respectfully invited to gather at the "Crossed Boomerang Amphitheatre" (Jezzine Barracks Park Mitchell Street, North Ward) which will commence at 5.00 p.m. SUNDAY AFTERNOON 20th JUNE, 2021 to remember the precious time that we were able to spend with Rurik. You may wish to wander through the park and visit the sculptures he made, before joining the short ceremony to celebrate his life and reach out in comfort across the ocean to his Wife Erica, Daughter Alice and unborn Daughter Adelaide.
