Passed away on Sunday 16.9.2018. Aged 94 years, 3 days before his birthday.

Loving Husband of Beryl (dec'd), Father of Jan & Peter, Poppy of Steven, David, Penny, Jenni and Susan and Great-Poppy to Erin, Sarah, Josh, Ben, Izac & Levi. Jack will be sadly missed by family and all who knew him.

Funeral will be held at Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs at 12.30pm Friday 21st September, 2018.
