Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 16th February 2021, aged 92 years. 

Beloved Husband of Merna (dec'd). Dearly loved Father of John, Allan, Robert, and Trevor. Loving Father-in-law, Grandad, and Great Grandad. 

A memorial service will be held for Rowley in Toowoomba, Wednesday, 24th February 2021, commencing at 12:00pm.
