The Family and Friends of Grace are Respectfully informed that her Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 10:30am in Mater Christi Catholic Church 413 Grange Road, Seaton.
Grace’s funeral cortege will then proceed to the Centennial Park Cemetery.
Condolences will be received in the church following Grace’s Funeral Mass.
Grace’s Visitation and Holy Rosary will be held in the Fulham Funeral Chapel 139 Holbrooks Road, Underdale Tomorrow Evening, Wednesday from 6:30pm until 7:30pm.
In lieu of floral tributes a donation in memory of Grace may be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
Envelopes will be available at the Church.
