Grandmother to Luke and Jayden.Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a funeral service to be held at Trinity Community Funerals Chapel, 35 Mt Milman Drive Smithfield on Wednesday 3rd May 2017, commencing at 11.00am. At the conclusion of the service a private cremation will follow. Your Local Community Funeral
