WILLIAM DOUGLAS ( DOUG ) RAYNER Late of Townsville. Doug passed away in Townsville on Tuesday 21st March, 2017 with his loving family by his side. Doug was a much loved Husband of Barbara. Cherished and loving Father, Father-in-Law, Grandad and Great Grandad of Barbara and Laurie, Grahme and Lauretta, Laurelle and Len, Jeff and Bernadette, Jenny and Clarke and their families.
