Sacred Heart Church,

252 Port Road,

Hindmarsh.

At conclusion of Mass the Cortege will proceed to

Centennial Park Cemetery for Committal.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Hospital Research Foundation (Heart)

would be appreciated by the family and may be made online at: hospitalresearch.org.au

Envelopes will also be available at the Church.
