PITT, Marie (Nee Bong)Passed away peacefully at home aged 63on Saturday 3rd June 2017.Beloved Wife of Garth (dec), Mother of Loretta and Narie, Mother-in-law to Michael and Paul, Grandmother of Jaaron. Daughter of Frank and Ethel (both dec), Sister of Gladys, Frank (dec) Howard (dec), George (dec), David (dec), May, Eric (dec), Michael (dec), Victor, Stewart, John (dec), Brian, Lynette (dec), Twin sister Narie (dec), Godmother of Leicha Wone,and very close friend to Lance Backo.The families of Bong, Pitt, Reeves, Nicholls, Deen, Enoch, Lancaster, Clark, Oliver, Walker, David, Seden, Yamashita, Ansell, Backo, Busch and Ruth Nuggin, members of Cairns and District Darts Association, past and present employees of D&R, St Johns Community Care and Wuchopperen Health Service are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service of our dear Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend MARIE PITT at 11am on Thursday 15th June 2017 at St Margarets Anglican Church, Aumuller Street, Cairns.VIEWING at Burkin Svendsens Funeral Chapel, Mulgrave Road, Cairns between 3.30pm - 4.30pm Wednesday 14th June 2017.No interment, at the wishes of the deceased, Marie will be cremated and laid to rest at a later date
