Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 22nd December 2020, aged 93 years. 

Beloved Wife of Kevin (dec'd). Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Michael and Kim; Marie and Ian (dec'd); Catherine and Brian. Cherished Grandma and Great Grandma.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Thanksgiving Mass to celebrate Phyllis' life to be held at St Thomas More's Catholic Church on Monday, 4th January 2021.
