Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Ulmarra, passed away peacefully on 4th February 2021, aged 73 years.
Beloved Husband of Maureen. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Michael and Karen. Adored Grandfather of Larissa and Ebony. A service for Phillip will be held in Toowoomba on Monday, 15th February 2021, commencing at 12.00pm.
