Late of Withcott, passed away peacefully on 6th June 2021, aged 72 years.

Beloved Husband of Carolyn. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Robert and Laura; and Megan. Cherished Papa of Finn and Henry.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Phil's Memorial Service, to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south) Toowoomba, service commencing at 12:00pm, Wednesday, 30th June 2021.
