PHILIP THOMAS SMALL AGED 64 YEARS Late of Balgal Beach and formerly of Primbee. Phil passed away suddenly on the 17th January, 2018 in the care of the Townsville Hospital. Beloved Husband of Robyn. Adored Father of Trent and Todd. Poppy of Joshua, Chelsea and Jacob. Loving Brother of Colleen.
