PETER GRAHAM 'PETE' CECIL Aged 73 Years Late of Regis Retirement Village, Kirwan and formerly of Kelso. Former Chief Bailiff of Townsville Courthouse and member of Picnic Bay Surf Life Saving Club. Pete passed away peacefully at the Townsville Hospital on Thursday 28th December, 2017. Loving Husband of Gloria (deceased). Loving Father and Father-in-Law of Jon and Jenny, and Steven.
