Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service for Mr Graeme Charles Perks to be held at Tuckers Chapel, cnr Torquay & Pioneer Roads, Grovedale on WEDNESDAY (18th January) at 2.00pm.

A private burial will precede this service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Graeme may be made to Peace of Mind Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
