Dearly loved Father, Father-in-law, Grandad and Great-grandad of Len, Maureen, John, Janice, Michael, Mary, Jake, Chris, Kate, Poss and their Families.Relatives and Friends of Jack are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service which is to be held at Mountain View Chapel, Guilfoyle's Tableland Crematorium, 3 Nasser Road, Atherton, on Wednesday, 23rd November, 2016, commencing at 2:00 p.m.
