Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 24th June 2021, aged 83 years.

Beloved Wife of Henry (Harry). Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Susan and Murray Ferguson; Lyn and Michael Morgan; Allison and David Thompson and Stephen and Gillian Warr. Loving Granny to Emma, Rebecca, Ashlea, Jake, Tannika, Paige and Archie. Great Granny to Dax and Obie. Step-Mother and Mother-in-law to Kevin and Jacqueline Warr and John and Judy Warr. Step-Granny to Yolandy, Daniel, Michelle, Brad and Kathryn.

As per Pat's wishes, a private ceremony was held at the Garden of Remembrance, Toowoomba.
