PATRICIA DAPHNE SMITH (NEE JAQUES) 1946 - 2018 Late of Mundingburra and formerly of Annandale. Patricia passed away on 10th June at the Townsville Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Much loved Wife of Errol (deceased). Loving Mother and Mother-in- Law of Sloane and Rod Palmer, and Glyn and Robyn Smith. Cherished Nan of Alannah, Tayla and Brooke and GG to Alexander and Rowdy.
