PALLISTER, AVIAN FRANCIS "STRAWB" Late of Southport, passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family, on August 26, 2014, Aged 86 years.Beloved husband of Valmai, loving father and father-in-law of Cheryl and Phillip, and Lei-Anne and Doug. Adored Pop of Sarah, Jason, Kara and Robert. Grandpa and Great-Poppy to his ten great-grandchildren. With tears we saw you suffer We watched you fade away Our hearts were slowly breaking As you fought so hard to stay You did not want to leave us But you did not go alone For part of us went with you The day God called you home Strawb's family and friends are warmly invited to attend his funeral service , to be held in the Parkview Chapel of Allambe Memorial Park, Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Nerang, on Monday, September 1st, 2014, commencing at 3.00pm.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Health Australia, www.kidney.org.au would be appreciated.
